I la-la-la-love a good soft pretzel.  I rarely treat myself to one, but when I do I hope that it is going to live up to all of my expectations.  This past weekend I was looking through the new Food Network Magazine and saw an entire section on homemade soft pretzels and wow my eyes lit up.  I made them, they were DELICIOUS and there wasn’t one left on the plate!  I now know what my next project will be and that is making them in different varieties and flavors.  They will be perfect for my Super Bowl party!
