If you are having a Halloween party next week, you are probably preparing for all sorts of party games before the trick or treating finale. There are of course classics, like bobbing for apples, or a best costume contest. Do not get me wrong, those are going to be a part of our party too. But every now and again, a new game is worth trying. For us, that means pumpkin bowling.
For our pins, we are using empty, cleaned out, soup cans that I spray painted white. And of course, our bowling ball is a pumpkin. Obviously the rules are just the same as regular bowling. For a fun twist, we are including other gourds to bowl with as well. Just so my kids can learn a thing or two about spheres, and how they roll. You know me, I can’t help but add a good educational aspect to something so silly!
