The Paleo Diet
The diet, nicknames the Caveman diet, is based around eating wholesome, contemporary foods from the food groups our hunter-gatherer ancestors from the Paleolithic Era. This period ranges from 2.6 million years ago to about 10,000 years ago when society saw the emergence of the agricultural revolution.
