I went to Wyoming a couple weeks ago with my boyfriend to visit his family. The weather was unbelievable, the scenery was breath-taking, the company was delightful, and the food was, well, too good!
I came home feeling very weighed down, to say the least. Though the vacation indulgences were worth the extra wiggle, all I could think about was my approaching Maui vacation wardrobe of bikinis, Daisy Dukes, and sun-dresses.

Helpful Tips
- Drink LOTS of water.
- Get at least 8 hours of z’s a night.
- Don’t eat after 7pm.
- After dinner, take a warm bath with two cups of Epsom salt to support your body’s enzymes.
- Before bed indulge in a cup of dandelion tea to help flush away toxins.
- Be aware that you may have to use the restroom a bit more often than normal from all the fluids.
