Just because PETA is your pal, and you don’t believe in wearing fur, doesn’t mean that you can’t get in animal print trends this fall. Seriously, not sure this one ever actually goes away; it just hibernates.

Up High

This cool cat leopard pull over allows you to be a little funky and preppy simultaneously. It’s girly in blush pink and a little edgy in the other colors, but no matter what color you pick, you’re sure to be slouchy and comfortable and stylin’.

You could even match it with a muted pant, like the one from Zara below. Break the rules and wear non-matching print on print. You’re the queen of your own jungle–just own the look.

Or keep it simple and put a different cool cat on your tee. Pair it with jeans, ankle boots, and bangles.

Down Low

A muted pant is great if you are looking to transition from work to play. Pair this with a white button down and you can transform from day to night with a statement necklace and a not-for-daytime stilt. Keep them in the car and it’s easy to go from coffee at your desk to drinks with the gals in minutes flat. It’s an understated and sophisticated way to get in on the trend.

But if you want to go whole-hog (or here whole-leopard), throw in this louder style. And remember when wearing such a brazen statement piece, it’s a good idea to mute the other aspects of your outfit. It’s all about ratio.

Or try a leopard print short that allows you to keep it playful and hip.

Just a Pop

If you aren’t convinced or like your look a little more demure, accessories are the perfect solution.

Even it it’s just a clutch or a printed iPhone case.
