Stockings are one of the best parts of Christmas morning (or Eve should you celebrate that way).  You know for the most part you can expect some chocolate, a couple of tangerines, and an iTunes gift card, but there are always quirky little presents—the ones you would never buy yourself, but that make Christmas feel like it isn’t so much about the stuff, as it is the little things that make us smile.

Sephora is the mecca of stocking stuffers. Make up brushes and perfumes galore. You can’t go wrong.

bareMinerals The Golden Touch is a set of four mini makeup brushes in a travel-ready organizer that fits perfectly in a stocking or a purse.

The Marc Jacobs Rollerball Trio includes Daisy Eau de Parfum, Lola Eau de Parfum Roll-On, and Daisy Eau So Fresh Eau de Parfum.

Socks and Undies.  Without fail I get socks in my stocking. The tradition started because my mom ardently believes that you have to wear something new on New Years.  Not New Year’s Eve, but the morning of.  She says starting off with something new (and on the right foot), ensures a great year ahead.  And because I was way too impatient to wait until January 1 to wear the cute new outfits that appeared under the tree, she figured, I’d at least be able to hold off on wearing socks.

Marzipan Socks by Tintoretta with ruffles like when you were little.

Honeydew is a line that has affordable and adorable intimates.  Their Diamond Mesh Bralette is cute enough for any stocking, as long as you aren’t shy about putting your undergarments on display for the fam.

Accessories. These gold-plated Jane Diaz Square Dangle Drops are like little windows to your heart. Plus they would look great with any jazzy NYE attire.
