I start off the morning fresh faced and with fresh lip gloss. Twenty minutes later the lip gloss is gone and for the rest of the day I have a tendency to gravitate towards lip balm, rather than another round of lip gloss. Yes, I am guilty of a lip balm obsession. Yet while I love the effects of lip balm and the feel, it never delivers that pop of color that my lips are looking for.
