Midterm season has chained me to my desk and consequently my daily exercise regimen has suffered. There is just not enough time in the day for my gym workouts!

Whether you are buckling down for those mid-year exams, meeting deadlines at work, or chained to your corporate desk as the autumn demands persist, this routine can be done anywhere and takes only ten minutes of your time!

Try waking up ten minutes earlier to fit these exercises in your morning routine and repeat before dinner or, better yet, use them as work breaks. If you are embarrassed to crunch them out at your job grab a buddy, or three, and make it into a social affair at the office!
