Deli meats can also carry bacteria that you want to avoid. You might try making a Panini instead of eating it straight from the container. Another one you might not notice is the fake sugar in Sweet ‘N Low- it can be bad for placenta.

Herbal teas involve medicinal qualities that can harm labor and cause it to occur early, especially chamomile and hibiscus. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor before you sip.
