Simply tuck the wireless sensor into a pocket of the Nike+ shoe and the receiver into your ipod’s dock connector, then workout. When you are done, sync your ipod. The sensor will have gathered your calories burned, distance, pace, time and other calculations from your workout. You can then track your performance and set goals via iTunes or the Nike website.
