Red gumboots in rainApril showers means time to get some cute rain boots. Long gone are the days of the classic (but clunky) yellow rubber boots, now new and fashionable rain boots are all over, and the sky’s the limit. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite rainy day options here:

These Loeffler Randall rain booties are so chic that I would totally wear them on completely dry days.

Sorel Joplin rain boots are also stylish, urban, and waterproof

These adorable AIGLE Miss Juliette Bottillon booties are, as Rachel Zoe would say, “to die for.” Upon first glance, one wouldn’t even know these were rain boots. And with a little bit of a heel, they’ll keep your pant legs nice and dry. They’re so cute, you could even wear them with tights and a skirt on non-rainy days (a cloud in the sky counts as potential rain, right?)

If you’re feeling extra fancy, check out the Burberry Holloway Buckle Boots. They look  like a motorcycle boot, complete with the famous Burberry pattern, but function as rain boots.

Yes, now in addition to their super soft and comfy sheepskin boots, UGG makes rain boots now. The Madelynn Rain Boots in particular would look super cute with a pair of leggings while you stomp around in the muddy forest.

Add another Loeffler Randall version to the list. Their slip-on rain boot comes in oh-so-fun leopard print and are just begging to be worn about town.

If sneakers are your thing, this athletic-inspired version by Tretorn should fit just the bill.

And we can’t forget the classic Hunter rain boots that every girl secretly covets. They come in a rainbow variety of colors, and also have cool inserts and special socks made just for them.
