With just a few holiday dietary adjustments and whitening toothpaste you can have those pearly-whites without spending your holiday bonus on teeth whitening treatments.

Brush or chew whitening gum

After tea time: Coffee and hot cocoa will stain your teeth. But, believe it or not, tea has the most
staining potential because of its leaves! Try drinking tea, cocoa, or coffee with a straw. This way the delightful liquid goes straight back to your throat so your teeth are less exposed to the staining drink.
